The Loyalty Signup button in the Entry View invites customers to join your loyalty program. Let’s explore how to customize its details in Settings to reflect your brand’s identity.

Accessing the Loyalty Signup from the Entry View


When users press the Loyalty Signup button, they will see a Signup Form for your loyalty program. The form elements can be fully customized to align with your branding and requirements, including:
- Title: Highlight the name of your loyalty program.
- Welcome Message (Description): Optionally include a short message to greet customers.
- Required Personal Information: Define fields such as name, email, or other customer data.
- Agreements: Add terms and conditions for program participation.
Configuring the Signup Form in Settings
Add a New Signup Form


To create or update a Signup Form, navigate to the Settings menu and select Loyalty > Signup Form.
Click the + Add new form button to open a side drawer where you can enter the details.

- Title and Description:
Set the title of the loyalty program and an optional description (e.g., a welcome message). Translations can be added for both.
- Personal Information:
Define required fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, or additional fields based on your needs. You can mark fields as required and set maximum character lengths.
- Countries:
Specify the countries where the form will appear. If no country is selected, it will be applied to all countries.
- Agreements:
Include the terms and conditions for your loyalty program with optional translations.
- Endpoints:
Provide the endpoint details for transferring collected data to your system.
