Key Elements of the Staff Dashboard

Sales staff can access the Staff Dashboard by pressing the brand’s logo in the middle of the Footer, which appears along the Search Drawer.

1. Staff Tools

The Staff Tools section empowers sales staff with functionalities to enhance customer support:

Sales staff can access the Brand’s Staff Portal by pressing the Staff Portal button. The portal URL is configured in Settings > Others > Staff Dashboard, under the ‘Staff Portal URL’ section.

The Connect Scanner button allows InStore to automatically detect and connect to any scanner. Once connected, the button displays the name of the scanner. Sales staff can disconnect or reconnect scanners as needed.
