Optimize InStore’s usability with idle timeout settings to ensure smooth navigation while resetting inactive sessions to the Entry View automatically.

Overview

Configure two types of timeout durations:

1. Idle timeout duration:

   Defines the inactivity period before displaying the "Are you still there?" pop-up. Default: 3 minutes.

2. Loading bar timeout duration:

   Specifies the time the loading bar appears before resetting the session. Default: 1 minute 30 seconds.

How to Configure Idle Timeout Settings

• Navigate to Settings > Others > Idle Timeout.
• Configure the following options:
  • Idle Timeout Duration: Minimum is 1 minute.
  • Loading Bar Timeout Duration: Adjust as per your brand's needs.
• Save the settings to apply the changes immediately.
