Monitor how collections are curated and used by sales staff across stores. Gain insights into the most frequently recommended items and their impact on sales.

Accessing Collections in Admin

To monitor how the Store Favorites feature is being utilized at each store, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Stores Menu in the Admin app.
2. In the Favorites column on the right side of each store row, the total number of Collections created by that store is displayed.

To explore a store’s Collections:

1. Press the More button (three dots) on the far-right side of the store row.
2. Select Show Collections from the dropdown menu.

Details in the Store Favorites Modal

An additional side modal will appear, displaying the details of the store’s Collections The modal includes the following information:

1. Store Overview
   • Store Name and Store ID
   • Total number of Collections created
2. List of Collections
   • Collection Name
   • Total number of items
   • Arrow button to expand the list of items

Exploring Collection Details

Upon expanding a Collection row, the list of items in that Collection will be displayed. For each item, you will see:

• Thumbnail Image of the item
• Style Name and Style ID
• Color Names
• Price (with sale prices displayed if applicable)
• Stock Indicators
