The Checkouts menu in Admin provides insights into checkout activity, allowing brands to monitor basket statuses and customer purchase behavior.

Accessing Checkouts menu in Admin

From the Admin app dashboard, navigate to the Checkouts menu in the header to access checkout data.

By default, the checkout list is sorted from newest to oldest and includes:

• Basket Status (with green or red markers)
• Basket Created Time
• Device
• Store
• Amount (Total items and price)
• Checkout Updated Time
