Learn how to use Collections to enhance customer interactions, offering curated product selections tailored to their preferences.

Accessing Collections in Store Favorites

The created Collections can be accessed through the Store Favorites button, located on the far right of the Footer.

Upon pressing this button:

• A Store Favorites Modal appears, showing a list of all available Collections.

Collection List Overview

Each Collection row displays:

• Collection Name
• Total Number of Items
• Thumbnails of the First 5 Items
  • If the collection contains more than 5 items, a +N indicator will appear to signify the additional items.

If there are multiple collections, an All Collections option will appear at the top of the list, combining items from all created Collections.

Viewing and Browsing a Collection

Opening a Collection

Upon selecting a Collection from the Store Favorites list:

• The Collection Widget will open below the last viewed item on the current page.
• The widget will display the first 12 items in the Collection.
• A View More button appears at the end of the widget.

Navigating the Collection Widget

• Each time the button is pressed, up to 8 additional items will load.
• Once all items have been displayed, the View More button will be replaced with a message:“No more items to load.”

Opening Products from a Collection

• Customers can select any item within the Collection Widget to view its PDP.
• The selected product's PDP will open right below the Collection Widget, maintaining a smooth browsing flow.
